Hi Katie! I met you at the Spruce Meadows Christmas Fair this past Friday. It was so nice to chat with you. I bought your cookbook and made the Pipestone Pork Tenderloin recipe on Sunday night. It was absolutely yummy and I'm looking forward to making it again for company in a couple of weeks. I can't wait to try more of the recipes. I showed the book to my work colleague and she also loves it so have ordered her one from your online store for a Christmas gift (shhhh! don't tell!).

Making the Pipestone Pork Tenderloin for the second time now. It is my new dinner party go-to! My only complaint is that although it makes tons, somehow I never end up with leftovers...

I'm so excited to start making some of the magical recipes soon! I know they won't turn out to be half as good as your cooking! This is the best Christmas gift I can buy!!
